Because FlowCanvas provides a digital subscription service, we typically offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.

How to Request a Refund

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller, Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles all returns and refunds.

To request a refund, please contact Paddle Support or reach out to us at support@flowcanvas.com with your order receipt, and we will process the refund through Paddle.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. After the cycle ends, your account will be downgraded to the Free tier, and you will not be charged again.
