By creating an account or using DraftyLab ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

DraftyLab is a collaborative visual engineering platform that provides an infinite canvas for system architecture, logic mapping, and workflow design. DraftyLab is a brand operated by Mirko Zovko.

3. Accounts & Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service for any illegal, abusive, or harmful activities. You are solely responsible for the content (blueprints, data, text) you create or share on the platform.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all orders. We reserve the right to modify subscription fees with advance notice.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with DraftyLab, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase by contacting support or our reseller, Paddle.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user-generated content) are the exclusive property of DraftyLab and Mirko Zovko. You retain all ownership rights to the blueprints and data you create on the canvas.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall DraftyLab or Mirko Zovko be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to users with 30 days' notice.
