You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. FlowCanvas cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

3. Payments & Billing

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by FlowCanvas and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

5. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
